WASHINGTON FAMILY LOOKING FOR HELP with a six acre property located two hours west of Seattle, Washington starting March 16. Ideal candidates need to have experience with the following and need to be independently motivated: *horse care including working with and interacting with the horses (there are two), feeding, grooming, turnouts, lunging, farrier and vet visits. *barn, paddock, stalls and arena cleanup *property care: mowing with a zero turn mower, weeding, pruning and general garden care *swimming pool care *help with fence repair and other repairs as needed A private residence will be provided with utilities and a negotiable monthly stipend. A separate workshop area is also provided. Owners do travel so they will come and go to the property. We cannot accept families or those with children or additional pets. No heavy drinking, vaping or smoking on the property. We will be accepting resumes and references from applicants. This is a one year position.
