Free accommodation with electricity and phone in a three bedroom, two bathroom cottage in exchange for 20 to 25 hours of work per week. Duties include house and groundskeeping of the main residence, pool and recreational areas, tending to horses and chickens, running errands and general property maintenance. Families, couples and retirees are welcome.

Responsibilities cover housekeeping, laundry, family meals, general driving, vehicle care, gardening and light maintenance. You will live in a brand new one bedroom lodge on the property with all bills included. Monday to Friday, roughly forty hours a week.

There are eight or more buildings and grounds to be maintained. General knowledge of farm work is needed, including fencing, building maintenance, groundskeeping, equipment and handyman skills. Animal care for domestic and exotic animals is part of the role. Compensation is negotiable.

GUARDIAN COUPLE REQUIRED for an 18th century chateau in the Corbieres wine region between Carcassonne and Narbonne. The permanent position consists of gardening, maintenance, housework and general entertaining help. A driver's license is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable. A four bedroom, two bathroom cottage is offered in exchange for 20 hours of work each per week plus a small salary. Minimum commitment is three years.

They live in a large 7,000 sq. ft. home on two acres in Annapolis, which they will share with their caretakers. Responsibilities include driving, companionship, cooking, laundry and light housekeeping. This is a professional couple who are still very active and social. Salary is commensurate with skills and experience and includes benefits.

FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE in Tulum for an operations manager and host at an intimate eight suite boutique bed and breakfast on the shores of the Caribbean. Experience in hospitality, excellent customer service and the ability to manage people effectively are the priorities. Must be able to converse in Spanish and English fluently. Duties include supervision of front and back of house, recruiting and training a small staff, and guest services.

Missouri

SEASONAL LIVE-IN RANCH CARETAKER needed in Gainesville. This is a work trade situation with no salary. We are looking for someone or a couple to live on our horse property as a second set of hands in exchange for rent and utilities. Construction skills are a plus. We are willing to teach you about horses from the ground up: riding, roping, tack, grooming, doctoring and more.
