We need a couple or single person for a private recreational development in a somewhat remote area in beautiful Park County, Colorado. The community contains over 400 sparsely populated, privately owned lots. Successful applicant(s) must be reliable, self-reliant, dependable, responsible, and resourceful. A modular home is provided as compensation (utilities are paid). Successful applicant(s) must have reliable transportation as this housesitting position requires that the housesitter(s)patrol the private community several times per week. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is suggested. Applicant(s) should be in good health as the community is located at a an altitude of approximately 9,000 feet.
