An individual or couple needed for 12 hours/week TRADE for an attached studio with separate entrance on five beautiful acres with views. Presence required for security and property needs. Owners present periodically in Spring/Fall, and other short times to touch base on any property issues. Outside employment is available within 15 - 50 mile distance. Experience with gardening, drip irrigation, rodent control, chain saw, wood splitter, mowing and weed-eating, equipment maintenance.
