Individual or couple needed for 12-20 hours/week TRADE for an attached studio or 2-bedroom with a separate entrance on five beautiful acres with views. Presence required for security and property needs. The owners are present periodically in Spring/Fall, and other short times to touch base on any property issues. Outside employment is available within a 15-50 mile distance. Experience with gardening, drip irrigation, rodent control, chainsaw, wood splitter, mowing and weed-eating, and equipment maintenance. Neat, good communication and computer/cell savvy, responsible self-starter, non-smoker, background check. One small pet considered. We are amiable, calm, honest, and expect the same.
