MASSACHUSETTS A LARGE NEW ENGLAND COASTAL ESTATE seeks a temporary or long-term Estate Superintendent (or couple) for a complex historic property. The Estate includes 10+ dwellings, multiple outbuildings, leased farmland, forestland, and waterfront. There is a small staff in place. The Superintendent will act as a central point of contact and liaison to the multi-generational family and will report to the governing board. Responsible for day-to-day oversight of the entire property; supervision of staff and contractors; maintenance scheduling and light administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have excellent professional communication skills, demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders, project management experience and be detail oriented.
